1. When customizing an item, please double-check your design, color choices, and size selection before placing your order.
2. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
3. You need to provide every single detail of your design along with the reference picture so we can replicate the design as much as possible but outcome might be 8/10.
4. If you notice an issue with your customized order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving it, and we will address the problem (and no return policy applies for customized designs).
5. Keep in mind that customization may add additional processing time to your order.
6. We’re committed to delivering high-quality custom products tailored to your preferences.
7. ⁠For any customized order, payment shall be received in advance.

Cash On Delivery (Local Orders Only)

COD is available for nationwide orders
You will have to pay the required amount in cash at the time of the delivery to the courier, and will be provided with a receipt along with your purchase.
